THE ESSENCE OF THE CHANGES:
From January 1, 2026, all new cars in Turkey are required to have:
• DVR (front and rear view)
• GPS tracker with tracking system
• Emergency Call button (SOS)

IMPLEMENTATION DATES FOR EXISTING CARS:
• 2023-2025 – from January 1, 2026
• 2018-2022 – from January 1, 2027
• 2017 and older – from January 1, 2028

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

You can still drive without a registrar, but only until the first check-up.

After the inspection, the installation will become mandatory.
The system will record:

THE PURPOSE OF INNOVATION:
• Reducing the number of accidents
• Fight against car theft
