The new highway between Antalya and Alanya is actively under construction. At the moment, around 30% of the project has been completed.

The highway will be 122 km long. The project includes 5 tunnels, 16 viaducts and 7 interchanges.

Once construction is completed, travel time between Antalya and Alanya is expected to decrease from approximately 2.5 hours to 36 minutes.

This is particularly important for the real estate market. Improved transport accessibility could make the western part of Alanya more attractive to buyers and investors.

Special attention should be paid to Konaklı and the western districts of Alanya, where new developments are already actively growing.

What could this mean for the real estate market?

  • More convenient connection between Alanya and Antalya
  • Additional development potential for western districts
  • Increased interest in real estate
  • New opportunities for the rental market

Infrastructure development often becomes one of the factors influencing the attractiveness and future potential of a district.

The new road is not only about reducing travel time, but could also provide a new boost to real estate development.
